These cover this website, the Leak Score and the free audit. Your plan, once you have one, is covered by the agreement we send you, where the two disagree, that agreement wins.
The Leak Score
The score is free and produced automatically. It reads public information about your business, your Google listing, the search results for your trade in your town, and your website if you have one, and combines it with the answers you give us.
We do not invent data. Every automated finding is something you can check yourself. But the results are a snapshot: Google’s ordering changes constantly and depends on who is searching and where from, so your position may differ from ours.
The money figure is an estimate built from the job value you give us. It is an estimate, not a forecast or a promise of earnings.
The free audit
If you give us your number, Joe will send a short video walking through what the score found. It is free, there is no meeting, and it is yours whether or not we ever work together.
Plans
Plans are monthly and you can cancel any time; you are not tied in. The exception is a free website, which runs on a 12-month term, that is the trade for not paying for it up front. Prices on this site exclude VAT where it applies.
The 90-day guarantee
On Convert, if you do not get more enquiries in 90 days than your baseline over the same period, we keep working at no charge until you do. The baseline is agreed in writing before we start, and it depends on you giving us the access we need to install and measure things.
Liability
We do not exclude liability for death, personal injury, or fraud. Otherwise our liability is limited to the fees you have paid us in the previous 12 months.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
