Simple Change is run by Joe from Hertford, Hertfordshire. This page explains what we collect when you use this site, why we collect it, and how to get rid of it. If anything here is unclear, email joe@simplechange.co.uk and ask.
What we collect
If you run a Leak Score, we collect the business name and town you type in, your website address if you give one, your answers to the four questions, and the first name and mobile number you enter to receive the results. Email is optional.
We also record the audit we produced for you, so we can send it and so we know what we told you.
What we do with it
- Send you your score and the free video audit you asked for.
- Contact you about that audit, you tick a box to allow this, and you can withdraw it any time.
We do not sell your details, and we do not pass them to anyone for their own marketing.
Who else sees it
To produce the score we send your business name and town to Google’s Places API, and your website address to Google’s PageSpeed Insights API. Both are lookups of public information. We use Resend to deliver email. These providers process data on our behalf; we do not give them your details for their own purposes.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for two years from your last contact with us, then deleted. Ask sooner and we will delete them sooner.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email joe@simplechange.co.uk and we will action it within 30 days. If you are not happy with how we have handled it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Nothing here tracks you across other websites.
